Q.) How much room do I need?

A.) Whatever size the tent turns out to be with the canopy and posts, simply add the dimensions to your tent choice with the external minimum of 4 ft. around the entire structure. This allows room for us to work and install the tent. So for instance if you had a 20 X 20 Canopy tent, you would need 20 + 4 feet, 24 feet outside from each side.

Q.) Can I install a tent on my deck or patio?

A.) You can only install what is called a REGULAR FRAME TENT on a deck or patio surface. Just ask for a FRAME TENT.

Q.) How many people can I fit around 1 single party table?

A.) Our standard 60" Round Table can fit 8 to 10 people comfortably.

Q.) Are lights included with tent rental?

A.) Although lights can be added as an additional charge, unless they are in a special package pricing, NO they do not come with standard tent rentals. There is a small surcharge for adding lights.

Q.) Before my party, when do you come to set it up, and when you do come to take it down after the party?

A.) The tent will be installed and FULLY available 1 day prior to your party/event and will go down the beginning of the week following your party. Can go down next day or monday after party, but pickup times will change and must be discussed with Joe before or after the party.

Q.) Does the tent come with cold weather sides or fancy party sides with my standard tent rental?

A.) If you have a standard rental, we normally do give you sides for the tent at NO ADDITIONAL charge. However, if you are using a Canopy Tent, charges MAY apply so please talk directly to your sales rep for this direct question.
